About Us

LoveLand is a family-founded organization planting forever seeds for our family in Prince George’s County, Maryland.  LoveLand has a dedicated and valuable management core with an excellent reputation in the community.

LoveLand has purchased 10 acres of land in Southern Prince George’s County. We will develop this land into a restricted covenant subdivision containing nine lots. 8 of these lots will contain residential housing, and one lot will contain a community building. LoveLand is constructing a ten-acre community building, including a recreational park and playground in the subdivision and designated land for walking trails.

LoveLand is committed to the respectful, thoughtful development of an exclusive, family-centered community that focuses on building generational wealth and legacy. Our development provides peace, functionality, individuality, privacy, space, and amenities and preserves the land's natural beauty.

LoveLand is a family-owned and operated organization. LoveLand works closely with WF Chesley Real Estate, one of the most successful, privately-owned real estate firms operating in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area,  on our land acquisition and development. 

Organization

LoveLand is an owner-managed LLC with members who also serve as guarantors. The main office of LoveLand is at 68 Watkins Park, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. LoveLand proposes to purchase and develop ten acres of land in Southern Prince George's County, Maryland.
